Duncan van den Heever
Duncan completed his LLB degree at the University of the Western Cape in 2009. He subsequently completed the Preparing for Legal Practice course, served articles and was admitted as an advocate in 2012. In 2019 he converted to an Attorney and joined VDH Attorneys and started practising family law and is a specialist in the areas of:
- Divorce
- Child and spousal maintenance
- Child custody and visitation rights and agreements
- Parenting plans
Being a parent/ father combined with his litigation experience as an advocate, he has become a skilled mediator where the divorcing parents are willing to negotiate.
